Shipping Policy

Dispatch time
Orders placed before 2pm on business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays) are dispatched same-day. Orders placed after 2pm are dispatched the next business day.

US shipping
Orders shipping within the United States are dispatched from our US warehouse and typically arrive within 1–3 business days.

Worldwide shipping
Standard shipping: 3–7 business days.

International shipping
We ship worldwide. International delivery typically takes 7–21 business days depending on destination and customs processing times.

Free shipping
Orders over $200 AUD ship free. Orders under this threshold have shipping calculated at checkout.

Tracking
A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched.

Customs & duties
International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes applied by your country's customs authority. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in our pricing.

Lost or delayed orders
If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at support@lunarscents.store and we will investigate with the courier.
