Return & Refund Policy

Lunar Scents accepts returns under the following conditions only:

• The item arrived damaged during transit
• You received the wrong item

We do not accept returns for any other reason, including change of mind, incorrect fragrance choice, or personal preference. All fragrances are authentic and sealed — we cannot accept returns on opened items.

To request a return, email support@lunarscents.store within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and a photo of the damage or incorrect item.

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
