All orders are dispatched within 48 hours on business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be dispatched the next business day.
- Standard: 3–7 business days
- Express: 1–3 business days
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen delivery method.
We ship worldwide. International delivery typically takes 7–21 business days depending on destination and customs processing times.
A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched. You can use this to monitor your delivery in real time.
International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes applied by your country's customs authority. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in our pricing.
If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us and we will investigate with the courier.
